In the patch forum I've put up 2 patches, one that fixes the Augmentation window, Inventory and the new dragitem files. Another that adds the new buffslots to the buffbars.

For the buffbars I only have the blue UI, if you'd like the buffbars for yourself post your window_pieces08.tga from the Vert directory and I can alter it in the same way I did mine so that you can fix your buffbars and have them the correct color. (and then I can offer the file in green for those that use it)
