I had the same problem Ainastar, however mine was on a Rez box :P

In any case all I did was copy the EQUI_ConfirmationDialog.xml file from another working UI that I have into the WoW folder. Works fine now.

=P

Default Intergrated issue

I am currently using the Intergrated Warcraft UI but I have a probelm. I play in 1280x960 so i can always see my windows task bar at the bottom of my Screen in EQWindows. Since I do... the Attack Mode icon is set off over my buff bar. It is quite annoying. I wouldn't mind just getting rid of it all together but a fix would be just too. Any help? Please? Pretty Please with sugar and a cherry on top?

You could just toggle the playerwindow not to show using your keyboard shortcuts, or you can just move the window off the screen so it doesnt show either.

Any other inquiries or problems I would suggest posting at This thread pertaining to the Emulated Series of the WoW Interface or to This thread pertaining to the Integrated Series of the WoW Interface as I cannot 100% say I am always lurking on these forums due to busy schedules.
