Mareeuh is correct. There is no way to show the mana of your groupmates in EQ.

Default Load a spell set

I may have missed this somewhere in this thread already, there's alot to read. How do I load a spell set since clicking on the "spells" button doesn't seem to work with this UI?

**edit** Nevermind, reloaded the UI again and it's working wonderfully!

This looks great; I'm anxious to try it, but I don't see pet buffs yet. This is important, I use pet buffs also to time short duration melee buffs.

Exclamation Important Tablets Development Information

Update:

Every time I plan time to work on the UI, I just can't get to it. My crazed work schedule combined with a very full raiding schedule and now additional officer duties (anyone who's been a guild recruiter will know what I mean) have just chewed through my time recently.

That's the bad news. Here's the good news: I've allotted a block of "must work on UI stuff" time next week, to coincide with the release of Depths of Darkhollow. My primary focus will be getting the UI working post expansion. My release schedule is as such:

2.1: Basic compatibility with the Depths of Darkhollow expansion (some mods will likely not work) (est 9/13/05-9/14/05)
2.1.1: Follow up release with all the mods fixed (est 9/14/05 - 9/16/05)
2.1.2: Further follow up with mod requests completed (est 9/18/05)

I might get stuff done faster, I'm not sure. I'm expecting hell with DoD, and am scheduling accordingly. Hopefully I'll kick some ass and get lots of stuff done quickly.

Expect lots of posts from me in the next week.

Update 2:

Ok, after reviewing the changes, it looks like Tablets will escape mostly unscathed. The only huge change I expect will be in the inventory window, and even that might not be all that bad. The good news is that you should be able to just delete three files and have Tablets up and running temporarily almost right away. I'll have to verify this of course, but I'm pretty sure that we'll be up and running with basic functionality almost immediately.

It looks like I only have to make changes to the Inventory, AA and Hotkey windows. The AA and Hotkey windows will take minutes. The Inventory might take a lot longer, depending on how the quick change looks.

I'll probably look at doing some more elaborate stuff with the Hotkey window after I get the UI up and running. There's lots of potential there.

Super, thanks very much.

Would like to see, if time permits, a pet info window with:

1. all the command buttons (small)
2. buff slots
3. advanced pet aa commands like:
. a. pet focus (forces pet onto target of choice)
. b. pet nocast (not for me, but others might find useful)
. c. suspend/unsuspend

I use the pet buff window to time buffs on players too, but without control buttons I have to type /pet back off and /pet attack all the time, or blow hotkeys.

What files need to be deleted to keep it going until the new version is read to go? I cant live with the default UI!

As somoene quoted above, that *should* get it working. I'm at work and can't test it yet, so unless someone posts saying that gets it up and running it's just experimental.

Naw, there's no need for this. I appreciate the sentiment but I'm just continuing Talyns' work and to take money for it would be wrong on a lot of levels.

Ok. I was looking for the file names. I understand what windows but I don't know the names of the files. AA window file name is .... ? Is it documented some where? Or is it just AA? Pretend I am stupid.
