Sars ui 9-15 patch

For those that are using the Sars ui , just copy and past these files to your sars ui folder from the default folder and all should be fine

EQUI .xml
EQUI_NamechangeWnd.xml
EQUI_Optionwnd.xml
EQUI_VoiceActBarWnd.xml
SIDL.xml

updated Animations file as of 9/18
