Default Looking for an Editor to try out some XLM

Anyone know where I can find a decent XLM editor ?

I am in the process of making a skin viewer/editor that will let you work on your skins like you would work on a window's form (move buttons, change pictures, change sliders) and define on textures the animation frames.

Currently this project of mine is 1/4 done (All the nodes that make up the skins defined in SIDL.xml have been coded and interpretation of these nodes complete, plus the Object Browser). All left now is the TGA component needs to be program (A little help here if you don't mind), the syntax check coding, and the viewer/editor.

Now since I have little knowledge of C++ in windows (plus a compiler), I am using VBasic 6.0.
