I badly want the clipping plane, NPC names, and PC names to be in the player window or some other place that's accessible quickly.

Is there a way to do this? I constantly change this, especially with the bazaar and large raids, and would like it to be really easy to reach in case of 'emergencies'. (In case I get 2 FPS and it takes forever for me to go through the menus to turn the options off)

FYI, I've tried doing it already to no avail (the same way I've editted all other windows before). Insight, anyone? =)
