There was a spell bug where you had to reload the full spell set to solve the bug of the cast spell window. My above post sugested you load the spell set again.. you try this?..
So, /loadskin.. Default.. Zone out.. load spell set again.. If still buged.. log out.. full system scan at log in screen.. try this again.. still buged?.. call SOE. explain the default ui is not showing feet like cat.. if you mention custom UI they won't support it. This is why I said to do Default as it is there system.
