Thanks to Kundane,
Same as Kundanes Universal Fix but for Vert 2.2 Neptune(blue).
All files are copied from Kundares with the following changes.

color to match Vert2.2 neptune
EQUI.PetInfoWindow.xml >
Changed/fixed the 'Stand' button in pet window to have same
font,size,location and box as 'Sit' button
window_pieces04.tga >
Used Lythanders Loc compass

Tested before and after 1/10 downtime
