Some doodles with the Infiniti Redux UI I've done, very much mix and match and should work for anyone I think -

Small inventory, but wide to allow Evolving Items and Shroud Progression tables to be clearly visible

A player window with all stats and all XP gauges on it - these are in tabs, choose which you want to look at (HP Mana and Endurance always visible)

2 box potion belt, definitely pocket size ...

Infiniti style casting window with spell name

And a Combat Abilities window with all the ability slots removed (not on screenshot). Why? Because that way you can safely reassign the CA keypresses to a hotbar and put all the in-use Combat Abilities onto a hotbar page ... I use Hotbar 3 for this on my warrior ...
