Ok this is weird, everytime i try to fix the buff window (via downloads) i get a situation where i cannot work inside the raid window (mostly scrolling and repositioning the sliding window.

The thing is, the buff windows are not loading anything but the EQUI xml files and a tga or two.

I cannot figure out what would create that conflict. when i load default buff window, the raid window works fine. Since i am not leading raids atm, then i go with the buff window with names for now as my choice.

FYI i am using smiley atm, but have tried several, all of which produce the above mentioned occurance.
