Default Changing the cooldown graphic

Anyone know if I could change this without changing the animation coding ?What I would like to do is change the item cooldown color from white to say red or green . Like the potionbelt I made the potion slots are fine with green but the items use the same white graphic but that grey that covers the item when it can't be used for a short time is hard to see .

Anyone know or know where to look for it in the animation file ?

I believe that it uses the white dot animation from windows pieces 01 and lays a color over it for things like the potion window. I don't think that you can add a color overlay via the UI xml for things like hotbuttons and inventory (which is a shame).
