ok, i hate the normal EQUI so i downloaded some themes, cause i couldnt decide which i liked, first i tried quartz, it didnt lay it out correctly, it put all the windows all over the place so then i tried sars, not what i was hoping for, but there was one thing i liked --- in the help section when u have sars running, theres a loc database ?! isnt that against the everquest policy ?! and is it possible to access it without having to use Sars theme ?

Also can anyone suggest a decent theme for a necromancer ? i saw one with a uhm gushing blood backround............ not really what i want :\ mainly i just want a simple theme, custom spell book, a player info box with pet hp, hp, mana, stamina, xp, all percents, custom spell icons, etc lol :P
