Just a modification to the target window of the Quartz Interface by Statix and DarkSir. I only modified some code to add the HoTT. The credit for the target window goes to Statix and DarkSir.

If you like enough, I'd love to have it as a mod, or in the default setup. Whichever you think is wiser, as it all depends on the preference of the people who are gonna use the UI.

Ok, I'm gonna hold off on releasing an update til after the 8/11 patch. Wanna make sure we're still compliant.

The only part finished so far is the Inventory screen that superimposes over the Hotbuttons. I'm gonna get at LEAST the Combat Abilities Window(s) done, and I'll email you a copy. But it should be up shortly after I verify that the patch doesn't break it.
