Unhappy Requesting Skinner

Here is what i have, each time i try editing it, it goes crap.
It will either become transparent, or i see the white where i want it transparent...

If someone could please let me know what im doing wrong, or add this for me.

Talking oddly familure?

Heh sorry didnt know who to give props to for that
though do love the skin, just had to mod it a bit more ^_^

and funnie enough about an hour after i posted the original message i figured out what i was doing wrong and fixed it lol.

One thing i haven't seen on this message board, which im not complaining about, are loads of replies that have flames like
