Need a little help with a gague

OK i am making a new gauge( thes to many gagues in game)
well i was woundering if the attached file would still look ok when its being used w/o the lines bar( the orange bar under main thing)

another thing SIDL WIDL wount letr me open any windows with gauges with this mod ne help?
