Sup Guys, I downloaded sometarget rings and changed some of the graphics converted the files back to .tga and loaded the skin and have zoned to try it and im getting a white con ring with no graphics on all con pc's and npc's, any ideas?

Did you make any changes to the tga files that would conflict with the ini file that controls the target ring?

not that im aware of. i downloaded one set that was missing the grey con and edited the graphics on those and all worked fine, but when i downloaded one with a grey con ring and edited those i also made a assist ring and all im getting is a big solid white ring for all conned mobs with no graphics

When you resaved the .tga files did you save them as 24bit?

or RLE compression? for some reason EQ dislikes RLE compression too.

not sure about the 24bit, i dont see that option anywhere but RLE compression wasnt used. i use a program called convert image from softinterface and just convert to JPG edit it then convert back to TGA
the target ring works fine when i just download it and unzip it, the problem is occuring during the edit process.
