I am currently using Drakah's EQ2 Integrated UI and love it. However the text on the spell casting bar for each spell is hard to read in bright areas, I would love to modify this so I can put a dark background to the text so I could read it.

I cam across this UI while browsing around and saw this guy had put a background to his buff names with a fade effect. I would love to use something like this for the spell casting bar text.

Anyone have any ideas how to accomplish this? I looked through the buff file and all I can't seem to make sense of what is drawing those faded blue lines as the background to his buff text.
