You can download it from there. Not sure how it works with the new stuff atm. In the past it broke Hitsmode and all it's values. But now I think all that junk's stored in the UI INI, but not 100% sure. Goto Options -> Chat(font? or what ever that final tab is) and Scroll Down.

But it's more complicated than remembering how to make specific colors with HTML. I think it's something like /usecolor chattext 0000ff.
