Make the locations stored in the XML actually useful. What seems best to me, realizing that people can choose different resolutions, is either make it a float in which we can type a percent, or keep it an int and make it a fraction such as thousandths of screen dimension. It would then be best to use the same fraction of screen dimension system for the size of resizable windows only, so that they also will scale to fit a different screen.
