My Computer caught a bad virus and I had to reinstall everything and now i don't have XML Spy anymore. I Love this program and can't go on without it :P. I went there and they only have some "new & better" version , and it isn't a free version. It's a trial version

I want my old version back! haha. I know that with new versions of software, the companies change the icons. The desktop icon I had looked something like this... does anyone know what version it is based on this?

umbrax A Bat Join Date: Aug 2003 Posts: 1	XMLSpy hasn't been free from Altova's web site in ages. Currently it costs $300 to buy it after your 30 day trial period. Whether or not you can hack your registry to do repeated downloads using various e-mail accounts is beyond my knowledge. I like the product. I don't own it. I do write XML, but for the life of me I wish there was a great EQ UI XML guide, as I sure can't figure out which files to modify to play with my UI. Not that I have much time to do that, but it is a recurring dream.
