I also copy and pasted the window_pieces01.tga and window_pieces04.tga from the default UI folder into my custom UI folder (unsure if this is necessary) That should get yours working.... Then again I have a very primitive understanding of html and UI and how they work :/.

I did a temp fix on animation file. I attached it to this post. Maybe it need approval to show.

Oh, my file was too big. I zipped it and tried again
