To change the pic(assuming it's a T.King inventory)you need to have the insert file(blank which you can then add a pic to)or you can look in the inventory section here and get many different inserts that are already to go.In the latter case just unzip it into your custom UI folder.If that dosent work for some reason make sure it is named the same as the default insert(inv_portrait.tga)if it isn't it won't work.Just rename it to that.
