As someone who does NOT specifically play in 3rd person view (only when I'm medding or flying and am checking my surroundings), I don't know what you might be considering. Maybe give me an example of what you might need and I could come up with something. If you do most things via keyboard, a 3rd person UI really wouldn't require much more than maybe a target window and a chat window... and maybe a gauge or 2. Everything else could be off screen, since you wouldn't be clicking on them. However, if you use the mouse alot... a 3rd person UI might be a bit more work... give us some ideas and we might come up with a few working models.
