Unhappy Can't Get UI's to work
I am running old models at 800 / 600 resolution. I download a complete and when i got to load it it loads the default and says that my XML files are not up to date with current everquest files and i dont have much experience with everquest or computers. What do i do?

What do you mean post an error report? like how do i get that? because all it says it what i typed but it says it in red in the chat box.

He is talking about your uierrors.txt

More information is in the Readme forum in one the the sticky threads that has information on what you need to include in your post in the help forum for us to help you. (now thats a run on sentace!)

I still dont understand. IS there anyway someone can get a hold of me off this forum? It wont load anythng at all it just reloads default and says my files are not up to date with current everquest, i am so lost

Ok I may sound retarted but would it hurt that i am not running new models? Because i am running old models on 800/600 resolution and my computer isnt that great. And i read sticky notes or whatever but i still dont understand, can anyone help ingame by change? or something please, thanks for the time.

One more thing i should say before anyone tries to help i that i dont have LoY i dont know if that would hurt because of the bigger bank with LoY. thanks again

There's your errors, the rest are warning messages that are supposed to be there.

You need an updated bank window.

I believe this error to be caused by a bug/typo in the compatiblity test...

No BIGB_SharedBankSlots belong in EQUI_BankWnd.xml..
the name of the shared slots in that xml file are: BW_SharedBankSlot0 & 1..

/bug it!


If enough people /bug it ingame, hopefully they will fix it when adding the shared platnium slot..

I was going over all the warnings in the uierrors.txt you posted..
According to that: It's not finding any files in the BL folder.. It is using ALL the default files.. Make sure the custom ui files aren't in a folder inside of your BL folder..
