For those still having issues with the Sars ui, heres the best fix I have found. Goto complete sets and under ( Sars universal for SOF) once you click on it the next page will have 2 down loads 1 is sars universal 6-12-08 and Voice patch 9-3-08 make sure you click on the 6-12-08 file to down load it. than open the 6-12-08 and put it in a folder in the ui directory, than open the voice file and put it in there as well and whalla your sars is working again.
