The UI I use (I inherited authorship of it as the original author has moved on from EQ) has windows in the UI that are not moveable. You can resize them and move them in that manner, but you can't click a window and move it from point A to point B.

Does anyone know the xml tag or tags that controls this? I'm not an xml expert by any stretch of the imagination but there is a small group of people that use my UI and todays patch has me doing some thinking.
