Lightbulb Make UIErrors.txt more descriptive

A lot of people freak out when they open their UIErrors.txt file for the first time and see 100 lines of Warning. It would also be nice if we could tell which files were found in the default. I would like to see those warning lines replaced with either:

File EQUI_Animation.xml loaded from UIFiles\default\.

or

Warning! File MyTemplates.xml not found in directory UIFiles\myui\ or default.

depending on whether the file was found in the default directory.

Lines in the UIErrors.txt are generated by the EQ client engine, not the custom UI files.

that would be a nice change.
