Cookbook's Combat Abilities Window

Awaiting moderation right now, but this should please Solaria(NOT VERT) users.

It's a combat abilities window that's takes the style of Yuniargo's buttons and gauge with the borders and background of Solaria..

And with our powers combined, WE ARE CAPTAI.. er.. COMBAT ABILITIES WINDOW!

I'm hoping Sokol, Kudane, or Yuniargo don't mind..

Ooooops.

When I told Cookbook for it to match the X axis (height) of the actions window, he went and left out the eighth button. Fixed now, and awaiting moderation! Also, we fixed the discipline text above the gauge from being run off the window.
