Fix the fade bug on paned windows
If you create a subwindow, it will fade, even if the parent is set to stay at 100% opacity. Verant, please fix this silly bug.

YESSSSS
Iis is SOOOOO annyoing esepcially with my UI it is a 100 percent opaque UI and I have those panes fading to 50 pct.
I searched the SIDL.xml in hopes the default values of alpha for those panes would be found, but to no avail.

I actually kinda like the effect in my UI. I do agree though, it needs to have a setting for it...
