Need some help

Somehow this window_pieces04.tga use to have no problems but since the upgrade they did on the game now now there is a black background in that surrounds everything and when it shows a envelope it is surrounded by a black backbround instead of being transparent and was wondering if anyone can help me fix this particular window so it wont show the black background behind the mail icon or direct me to how to fix it myself! as the other icons are not the problem but just need to get the black background out of this pieces window and I can almost get it to work but end up with a sliver of the pieces window under my characters name in the player window above the envelope icon as well!

Well, as far as I can tell, its because it was one layer with no transparency. So the black background is why everything showed up black. I redid the transparency but did not test it, let me know if it works for you.
