Does anyone know the possible values for these two fields?

<TabBorderTemplate>FT_DefTabBorder</TabBorderTemplate>
<PageBorderTemplate>FT_DefPageBorder</PageBorderTemplate>

Well, technically you can create your own classes, so those CAN be anything. However, I assume you are looking for the ones included in default. The frame templates are all in EQUI_Templates.xml. Unfortunately, by default, those are the only two full frame templates (as prefixed by FT_) defined.

I use custom border templates in my inventory window, and my (soon to be updated) aura window. Copy those templates out of the Templates file and alter them with your own graphics... easy as can be. You can even make the borders smaller (1 pixel wide with a 1 pixel overlap) or transparent (if you specify transparent graphics)... but if you try to remove the borders altogether you will crash the client in a spectacular way.
