A year and a half ago i asked for this for my enchanter spell gems and you were able to do it, now im looking for the same for the new Combat ability window. See the picture below to understand the text.
I would like to be able to use the combat window visually with my numpad. IE Ability 1 will be numpad 1. The size of the square in which the UI would take up would be no wider than
this UI file
It should look like this.

The line indicates the remaining time and name of disc.
