I have always liked my UI set up basically backwards from everyone else. I was wondering if anyone had Buff bars and a spell bar set up like mine.

What I am looking for is a buff bar and spell bar like in the picture, but one that doesn't need alot of files associated with it to make it functional.

It doesn't have to be super fancy, but having the transparent names, that don't let you click off buffs, is essential.
