Target window WITH casting bar?
I'm thinking that this would be a big help for many casters, as I notice my eyes darting all over the screen from one to another. Why not just put them together?
Doable?

I just realized I had a quest though.
Did you want the Spell casting time added to the Target HP window, or did you want Spell Gems and Target HP combined into one.
If the later do you want the spell gems to be modified in any way?

Personally, I'd say just the casting bar added to the target window.
I'm a hotkey kinda guy and I rarely use the spell gems at all once I'm set up and hunting.
