Merchant window fix

There's a bug since the last patch that cuts off the lower slots in the merchant window. It can make shopping rather difficult. There are some other bugs as well. This merchant window allows you to use all 80 slots despite the bugs... and you can still use the alt key to list all the item names. This window is too big for 640x480 resolution, but works at 800x600 and higher.
