As far as the Target Window Con as a Text item goes; without a sep way to control which con color displays, with my current ability I don't see a way to do this. Something in the game tells the entire .tga what color to become. I can make a frame for each con, and a diff text per con, but without an active way to tell the game that I want blue con text to appear, it would just show every frame.
Perhaps they will Implement a TargetBox.ini in the future similar to the target ring.

Well, that really sucks...Sony should implement something like this so that colour blind people are able to take full advatage of the game...

Also remember, the con color and rings are new developments. Up until the last 6 months, we were all pressing C to tell if it was dubious, ready to attack and whatnot.
