They gave us the ability to make custom uis then whenever something goes wrong with the game they blame the custom ui.

BTW, I think 99% of all the uis are now completely broken.

Default OLD UI not working either. When I select it in-game it goes through the normal loading process (freezes the game for a minute) but then never loads it, it just goes back to the default.

I have just copied the text provided by the poster on page 1 of this thread in the places suggested to my lodi files and I can confirm that my lodi ui is working fine now.

My biggest challenge was getting past the vista nanny approach that won't let me save my changes therefore if I can do this change anyone can

New windows will take some time, but to get UI running again just copy what haliken has and post it in your animations file and you will be able to run ui just wiont have vboice chat options.

I use the Aya UI as well. Loads into default only. I hate the default. Hopefully there will be a fix soon.

Drakah's WoW UI is fubar'd as well.
I hope someone can fix this as like others have said, I REFUSE to play without my UI... or rather Drakah's UI lol
... and I did try the "fix" posted on the page, but it just freezes then goes directly to the default with no error notifications.

tried the patch posted on page one for mav ui and didnt do squat still trying to load ui and just get a pause then just reloads default no errors or anything.

SARS ui loads to default, even after trying the animations file edits suggested here.

Here's what worked to get my DeltaX Widescreen up and working after today's patch. I made the changes to EQUI_Animations listed on the first page, then I had to copy the SIDL.xml file from the default folder to my custom folder. I did this because my UIERROR.txt file contained this error at the end - Schema error - Expecting valid ElementType LayoutVertical.

Maybe this is a fix/temp fix for those having troubles. A note though, I recommend backing up ALL your custom UI files before making any changes.

Same error I had. A fix for me was to copy the SIDL.xml file from your default folder to your custom folder. Keep a copy of any files you replace though as I'm definately not an expert on UIs and this may screw something up for some /shrug.
