gw_gauge1 is the actual gauge
gw_1_gauge1a, 1b, 2a, 2b etc, etc are the overlays.
gw_1_gauges is the container ??? It has a collection of the overlays.
I did however change the loc on all the A's to 0 and left all the B's alone. BUT like you stated I have a bar that changes color but stays the exact same size. Doesn't size properly with hp changes.

no every A gauge needs a container that actually cuts the gauge down to the size you need gw_1_gauges is the creen item declaration without that they wouldnt appear
this is the container every a gauge needs one and it also has to be declared in the screen item section
- <Screen item="PW_Gauge1A_X">
<RelativePosition>true</RelativePosition>
- <Location>
<X>0</X>
<Y>-3</Y>
</Location>
- <Size>
<CX>21</CX>
<CY>10</CY>
</Size>
<Style_Transparent>true</Style_Transparent>
<Pieces>PW_Gauge1A</Pieces>
</Screen>

Ok now you really lost me.
I really hate to seem lazy, but I am at a loss. Can you please download this and get the 1st person in the group working properly, so I can see what I am actually missing? As it currently is the colors show up, but the bar does not size as the hps go down.
