I too had problems with Vert 2.2 Nexium. It was slightly dragging and curosr movement was not as crisp, then I would get to an area with more players and the lag was as bad as being in the bazaar. It would stutter and jerk forward every couple seconds. this was even after applying the patch .xml file. Before the patch fiel it wouldn't load at all. This skin might need a total rewrite. But what do I know?..8)

OMFG! my textures.txt file was almost 4gb in size....that's obviously not good...

I believe The file is from texture caching in options not the UI

No, it from the UI searching for tkspellbar.tga....unfortunately, I still cannot fix vert 2.2

Well i figured it was for caching sense i the UI Error file says all that stuff for UI errors, got a lot of errors just like that one.

Hmmm checked mine and it's the same line over and over:
[Mon Oct 21 00:25:57 2002]00000:_t3dLoadBMInfo: unable to load "UIFiles\Default\" (not found)
I have no idea what this means, I'm using slightly modded Vert Dozen Roses. I havent' checked what other mods might say....
