Very Nice
I also couldn't find anything really for my SK so I pieced a few different Mods together to make the below listed one.
Not taking anything away from yours upcoming, looks very nice =)

I've tried modding some existing UI's to my liking.
Im never totally happy with what I come up with.
It is very frustrating at times.
Im sure when you finish up it will be an awesome piece of work.
I guess I was just checking to see if you were still alive.

YES!!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!!! OMG!!!! I can't wait until you post this, as a matter of fact, is there a way that you could post what you have now??? I WANT IT SOOOO BADDD!!!!!!!! HEHE well the only thing I could think of wrong was that mayb use T.Kings horizontal spell bar on the top of all the windows, like the compass is above where the hotkeys are and the inventory, but maybe have like the horizontal spell bar there (imo)... Other than that i LOVE! the layout and hope to see a LINK! so can d/l this and just wait for the udate. when I come back from Turkey Break I better see a link for download  so i dont' have to play with this default. Can't wait, and yes Life > EQ |

I think its set up, all i think we could use is an extra 10slot area like on others or a 6lot clickie item box, i hve alot of clickies so i usually get UI's with those, just make an extra 10 slots near the hotbuttons and bam ill download that UI asap, also could gear it for smaller sizes like 1024x764 (the one higher then 800x600) then let people with bigger settings adjudt themselves, but all in all i like it good work!

Has nice target window with monster / your HP, has mana number on spell box, has customizable hotswapping key boxes for any slot, nice inventory interface and spellbook w/ icons.
Ect ect.

UI format suggestion
I've seen a lot of UI's out there that look absolutely fantastic. here's some things to think about, imo, when making on.
Place all common use buttons as close to the mouse as possible.
This does two things; one, it keeps all the buttons together so you don't have to move the mouse to opposite sides of the screen to use spells then back to switch weapons, or use a skill like bash; two, I think it's a psychological thing, but I seem more coordinated when said buttons are close to the mouse (the bottom right corner, I'm right handed w/the mouse)
I know most Ui windows can be relocated as most see fit, but designing the ui with these things in mind seems like the ui would naturally be more beneficial.
On the other hand, I've also downloaded some ui's that looked great, but functionally they were aggrovating, like strings of buttons spanning the lenght of the screen.
Anyway, hope this helps with development ideas.

FYI ..i think the inventory should be on other side of hot buttons. If you use your mouse to hit the spells the bags are in the way. Just a thought.
