Updated: Oct. 11, 2003
-Updated for LDoN release.
-New Background Texture
-Short Duration Buff Window modified to match
-New Optional Larger buff window
-New Assortment of common clickables added to
Hotbutton window.
-The T.King Icons that are included are now his
G2 Standard release versions. All credit goes to
Thomus for the excellent work on those, I decided
to include them in the zip in order to save work
for the user of this UI. (Link at bottom)
-Adjustments made to various Icons. Selector window
icons are now much more seemless (there were color
differences between the Old/LoY/LDoN versions).
-Buff effects window now has a small blue or red underscore for beneficial/detrimental effects respectively.
-Spell gems linked to hotbuttons are now centered properly.
-The player window will now display 5 digit hitpoint
figures correctly without overlapping.
-Included .ini file updated for new window positions.
This file is for use with 1024x768 resolution.
Installation:
Unzip to a folder in the uifiles Everquest directory.
IF you plan to use the provided INI file you MUST
USE the directory 'blue'. IE: it would look something
like this 'C:\Program Files\Everquest\uifiles\blue'
Once unzipped, to use the pre-set window positions
included, copy the UI_Charactername_Server.ini
file to the main Everquest directory and rename it
appropriately.
Finally, if you are an intelligence based caster,
copy the content of IntPlayerWindow to the UIfiles\blue
directory. If you are a melee/hybrid class copy
the contents of the MeleePlayerWindow to the
UIfiles\blue directory.
The .ini file automatically sets your interface to blue,
If you aren't using the provided UI_Charactername_Server.ini
file you must log in and type /loadskin blue true
You are all done. Load up EQ and Enjoy!
Note: The LargeBuffWin Folder contains a buff icon window at a much larger size (by popular request). Simple copy that file to the main UI folder if you wish to use it instead.
Credits: T.King for the Excellent spell gems and icons.
