Update 10/23/03:

Fixed a frame that caused Yellow Con to "wobble".

This is an animated spinning ring utilizing frames that also displays "con" colors.

It is made up of 3 concentric spinning rings. The circles are divided up into 4 pieces by knives pointing inward to the center.

Both the outer and second circles are a fixed color. The second circle does have con indicators attached to it.

Con color shows at target's feet as the 3rd circle.
