This UI is done for the guild Discordia Concord on the Xegony server. I have checked it different resolutions and it works with 1024x768 and up. But if you change the buff window I am sure that it will work for a 800x600 resolution.
This is a mix of the Sars and Nemesis UI's with a twist to suit my need and the needs of my guild.
