I did not like the twisting default ring, and opted to make something different. The ring consists of 2 concentric circles filled with runes, which rotate in opposite directions.
You will need to copy all files from the zip into your UI directory for this to work. Default colors were kept for target cons.
There is a second version of this ring, with runes made slightly thicker.
