Melee Advanced Windows Mod

Based on the wonderful Advanced Windows mod from Rombus Mindspire, Triton Guild, Povar

However, this mod is rather poor for us melee classes, since we have an empty space where the mana bar should be, and a percentage that will always display 0%. I removed those and pushed the stamina bar up some, and removed the % for the stamina bar (it counts backwards.) For those unfamiliar with the Advanced Windows mod, this mod features...

1) Instead of a name/lastname, your Cur/Total HP.
2) A % for your health bar (helpful for bind wounds.), as well as for the targets health and all group members.
3) A second line (think blue line for XP bars) to ALL player windows, including health, stamina, targets health, etc.
4) No blank space where a mana bar should be! (Hooray! =D)
