1 - Extract zip file to your uifiles directory, (C:\Program Files\EverQuest\uifiles).

2 - Open the file eqp_config.xml, located in the root EQ folder (C:\Program Files\EverQuest),
in notepad an find the line <EQPatchConfig> Under that add the line
<skin>cmpatcher</skin>. Save the file and close it.

3 - Load the patcher and there you go.
