awesome! almost glad DoN screwed up my UI so i found this one... thanks for the hard work!

I apoligize for not looking at FAQ's 1st, but since this has only come up since DoN release, please feel free to hang me by my thumbs over a caldron of boiling oil if it has already been dealt with in FAQ's.

Always before you could change the map backgrounds, since the release of DoN it only changes the tab colors, I use the mapfiend maps http://eq.mapfiend.net/alldl.php and not all of the authors use black as line colors so on some maps I have to manipulate the background so that it highlights the cartography, if someone knows how to either change the default colors on the mapfiend map lines to black, how to manipulate the mapfile thru the lodidodi files, or where to find the old map interface and how to keep sony from overwriting it each time I patch (i.e, make read only or whatever) I would be most appreciative.

I have been using Lodidodi's UI for close to a year and a half now, I probably spent close to 10 hours looking at the different UI's before settleing on this, as much as many things took alot of time in getting adjusted to and finding what worked for me in how I set everything up, only change I have made, other then the loc of the windows is I have loaded an alternate air guage, part of that was I never realized till reading earlier that it was the bottom part of the endurence guage, no matter though, I love the big bubbles right in the middle of my screen for my toons that don't have permenent EB gear on. Please keep up the fantastic work

First, I want to say thank you for the effort and time that you spent making this UI and the continued efforts keeping it up-to-date. Also, thank you for the helpful website.

I had been using the Infiniti type UI's since they became available. Over the past year the Infiniti type UI's have become more and more difficult to use. There have always been things I did not like about that UI; but, it was the best for the way I like to set up my interface boxes. Eventually, I got tired of these problems and went hunting for a new UI.

I ran across this one and looked at your website and decided to try it.

I fell in love with it and all of the options that you provide. It is perfect for me and I have had no problems with it what-so-ever.

Keep up the fantastic work!! Your fans truly appreciate it!

As far as I can tell, the latest version (2.2.0) should work fine even after the recent patches and should not be giving any XML errors. If you are getting any errors, then I would recommend doing a fresh install of version 2.2.0 of the UI. Otherwise if there is something that I need to update in the UI due to changes in the latest patches, let me know and I'll take a look. (I've logged on to EQ here and there but haven't really *played* in months.)

Yeah Lodi and we in DF miss you loads!! After todays patch the UI wouldnt load so I am gonna try your delete and reinstall to see if that works. If not I'm gonna try and hunt you down to fix this for me.

Hi, there! I'm a very recent convert to the Church of the Lodi Dodi UI. :-) You do great work!

Is there any chance I could persuade you to code us an optional micro bag? I like to go to the bank and open 15 Trader's Satchels and 7 inventory bags all at once so I can see where everything is and swap things around. I traditionally open them in a big adjacent grid, but the bags have to be relatively small to pack them into a reasonable amount of screen real estate. The 40x40 icons are okay, but I'm picturing something with no picture of the bag, less "white space", et cetera.

In either case, thanks very much for the killer UI!

ok i been using lodiddodi for a couple months now than all of a sudden my main chat scrolll bar is gone my group window and guild/raid window has scroll bars i tried deleting it and dl again nuttin happens

I love your UI, my only problem has been that the buff display is mostly off my screen. I can not drag it because I do not get the drag cursor poping up for me. I also cannot seem to get it to move by going into my characters UI file and changing the number on the "Y" axis.

I would love some suggestions on how to fix this issue, please.

Your UI is very, very nice. It's going to save me a lot of keystrokes. My wrists thank you.

Hi Lodi, I have been using your UI for a while now. Love it. Also love how fast you update and make fixes after patches. That really makes a difference for those of us who play a lot. A few days with a busted UI for a raider is brutal.

My request was about the buff window. I see there are a number of different options for it, 15,12...20,12..vert etc all very cool. I love that it has the names since I lose track of them by icons alone. The only thing I was wondering is about the 25 buffs one. 15 is standard, 20 is with all the normal AA. If you finish Tier 3 of DoN, (Volkara, Test of Perseverance), you get awarded 1 additional buff slot for a total of 21. I know the 25 buff slot thing was going around a lot at the start of DoN but unfortunately it's only 1 extra. I know I can just use the 25 slot one, but hate having the extra 4 dead ones in there. I know nothing about xml so don't know how hard it would be to trim those 4 off but would love it if you could. No biggee since its just a looks thing. Thought I would mention it. Again, thanks for a great UI.

Also I noticed with some use that the 21st buff does not have the spell name beneath it. Its just blank. Also where it has the number 21 above it, as soon as a buff fills that slot it turns into just a number 1. Thanks Lodi.

I remember reading this on the SOE site. They extended the buff window to 25 slots for future use. The extra 4 slots are not in use yet, but apparently SOE plans to allow you to gain those extra 4 over time through other expansions.

I love the UI. It's the best I have ever used, and have been using it for months. The one thing I don't see anyone mentioning here in the thread though is the nifty little clip from Lord of The Rings that shows up in the group health bar window. I finally figured out about where to click to start and stop it.

I love all the new features that they give us in the patches, even when they nerf some abilities here and there, I feel that ultimately it all evens out. But once again my UI doesn't work. I've been using Lodi since I first found it and I won't use another UI. It has everything I can ever want, but now it's all F@#$ed up and it sucks. Please fix it Lodi! PLEASE!!!!!
