This interface uses Drakah's Celtic UI, with TKing Arcane spellbook, spellbar, and casting timer. Also TK Kuv Rem Celtic hotbuttons, target, player and group windows with Dastinar's ERoP animated target ring.

It is usable by any class as I have included the Celtic broach combat abilities windows and Celtic broach pet window.

The interface is set up with TKing's magician class animation, but can easily be converted to any class.

Simply unzip into your mod folder and /loadskin *whatever* 1 and enjoy!
