It's there, you just have to expand the window down some.
My question is can you still change back the mouse pointer to standard without messing things up? Appartently that file changed with the patch and it is back to the Sars arrow. This is the only thing I'd really like to change.

No Advanced
I love this UI. But I noticed that there is no Advanced button under Options/ Display to turn on Water options/ shadow options for OoW
