Odi's Group Window - Version 2.1

Inspired by the Advanced Windows series, the following group window was created to take up minimal space by reducing the font size, and displaying hitpoint percentages next to the group member's name, rather than next to the health bar.

* Version 2.0 - Added the looking for group button, introduced with the Legacy of Ykesha.

* Version 2.1 - Removed title bar to vertically reduce the size of the group window. Window can now be moved using its borders. Version 2.0 is included for those who still wish to use the title bar.
